When is it time for a new boiler?
No boiler lasts forever. If yours is out of warranty, needs repairs more and more often, or struggles to heat the house the way it used to, replacement is often better value than another fix. A modern condensing boiler also uses noticeably less gas than an older model, which helps with running costs.
We will always give you an honest recommendation. If a repair makes more sense, we will tell you so.

How it works
- Free survey and quote. We look at your home, your hot water needs and your existing system, then give you a free, fixed quotation valid for 30 days.
- Installation. We fit your new boiler and any radiators or pipework, working tidily and keeping disruption to a minimum. A like-for-like swap is often done in a day.
- Handover. We commission the system, show you how the controls work and leave you with the paperwork. Recent installations include Worcester Bosch combi boilers, like the ones in our customers' reviews.
Good to know before you book
Converting to a pressurised system or a combi boiler increases the working pressure on existing pipework, which can occasionally expose pre-existing weaknesses. We will explain any risks specific to your system before work starts, and our terms and conditions set out how variations are handled: nothing extra happens without your agreement.

Installation questions
How long does a boiler installation take?
A straightforward like-for-like boiler swap is often completed in a day. More involved jobs, such as moving the boiler to a new location or converting to a combi system, typically take around two days. We confirm the timescale in your quote before you commit.
Is the quote for a new boiler free?
Yes. Quotes for installations and planned work are free, and a quotation is a fixed price valid for 30 days. If anything unforeseen comes to light during the work we will tell you and agree any change before continuing.
Do you flush the system when installing a new boiler?
We will always advise on system cleansing and inhibitor when fitting a new boiler, and recommend a power flush where the system needs it. Manufacturer warranties can be affected if recommended system treatments or filters are declined.
