Meet Reiss, the engineer behind Homely
I'm Reiss Oteng, the founder and director of Homely Heating Group Ltd.
I've spent over 10 years working in heating and plumbing, including three years at one of London's most reputable family-run companies, known for exceptional service and integrity.
After gaining valuable experience there, I decided to go out on my own and establish Homely Heating Group, bringing that experience into a business built around personal service, honest advice and high-quality workmanship.
My approach is simple: take the time to understand what each customer needs, explain the available options clearly and agree a price before any work begins.
Whether I'm attending a boiler breakdown, carrying out a repair or installing a new heating system, I want every customer to feel confident in the work being carried out and the person they have invited into their home.
At Homely, you'll deal directly with me, rather than a call centre. I take personal responsibility for the quality of our work and the service we provide.
